Business Process Reviews

Objective
To review existing systems, processes and procedures against our clients’ business objectives and, where appropriate, make recommendations that will improve efficiency and enhance profitability without compromising the essential business controls.

If required, to assist in the management of the implementation process in order to ensure that the identified efficiency improvements are delivered.

We undertake to:-

• Review the existing systems, processes and procedures.
• Establish the opinions of key personnel.
• Identify those systems, processes and procedures which, in our opinion, should be improved.
• Recommend improvements, identify benefits and, where appropriate, quantify the potential enhancements to profitability.
• Recommend a suite of reports that will enable performance to be monitored and measured.

Upon our appointment to assist in the management of the implementation process, we will work with our client to develop and manage an implementation plan that will:-

• Identify and prioritise the key tasks.
• Allocate the responsibility and agree a timetable for the successful achievement of the key tasks.
• Produce management reports that will enable progress to be monitored and measured.
• Hold regular meetings to measure progress against the agreed timetable and clearly identify any problems.
• Firmly manage the change process whilst supporting, and in consideration of, the client’s culture and management ethos.

Reporting
We will produce a detailed written report of our observations, conclusions and recommendations and quantify the projected benefits.
