Client Health Check
Objective
The JMD approach is to provide a tailored, effective solution for each individual client.
To enable us to identify the bespoke services, which can best add value to our clients, we carry out a detailed Health Check. The Health Check determines the opportunities to improve cash flow, enhance profitability, minimise exposure and streamline processes.
The essential phases of a Health Check are:-

Phase 1 - Discovery
The Discovery Phase focuses on a review of the data, the documentation cycle and the use of both internal and external management information.
Phase 2 - Analysis & Assessment
The information gained from the Discovery Phase is interrogated and evaluated, which enables us to assess the potential opportunities to improve the systems, procedures, controls and management information.
Phase 3 - Report
A detailed report is produced which describes the opportunities available to enhance profitability. It comments on the efficiency of the systems and procedures in place and the production and use of management information. Our recommendations are supported by financial data reflecting the current performance and the opportunities, not only for quick wins, but also for improved controls and sustained profit improvement.
